Invite your team

Consultad is built for collaboration. You can invite team members to your organization so they can access dashboards, AI chat, and campaign data alongside you. There is no per-seat charge - billing is based on a percentage of managed ad spend, so you can add your whole team at no extra cost.

How to invite someone

  1. In the Consultad sidebar, go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  4. Select a role for the new member (see below).
  5. Click Send invite.

The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your organization. If they do not have a Consultad account yet, they will be prompted to create one during the process.

Roles

Each team member is assigned one of two roles:

  • Admin - full access to all features, including settings, connections, billing, and team management. Admins can invite and remove other members, connect and disconnect ad platforms, and manage the organization.
  • Member - access to dashboards, campaign data, AI chat, and analytics. Members cannot modify connections, billing, or team settings.

Both roles can view all tenant data and use the AI chat for analysis and write actions (with the standard confirmation gate).

One email, one organization

Currently, each email address can belong to exactly one organization. If someone needs access to a second organization - for example, working as both a freelancer and an employee at different companies - they should use a separate email address for each.

What team members can see

When a team member joins your organization, they can:

  • View the dashboard with all connected platform data.
  • Use the AI chat to ask questions about campaigns and performance.
  • Access campaign-level breakdowns and metrics across all connected platforms.
  • Execute write actions through chat (such as pausing a campaign), subject to the confirmation gate.

Team members see the same data as the admin. Consultad uses a multi-tenant architecture where each organization has its own isolated data - your team members see your organization's data only, and no one outside your organization can access it.

Removing a team member

To remove someone from your organization, go to Settings > Team, find the member in the list, and click Remove. They will immediately lose access to your organization's data.
