Your first dashboard

Once you have connected at least one ad platform, the Consultad dashboard gives you a unified view of your advertising performance across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

Dashboard layout

The main dashboard is divided into several sections:

  • Summary cards at the top show your headline metrics at a glance.
  • Charts and trends visualize performance over time.
  • Campaign-level breakdown lists individual campaigns with detailed metrics.

Key metrics

The dashboard tracks the metrics that matter most for advertising performance:

MetricDescription
SpendTotal amount spent across selected platforms
ImpressionsNumber of times your ads were shown
ClicksNumber of clicks on your ads
CTRClick-through rate (clicks / impressions)
CPCCost per click (spend / clicks)
ROASReturn on ad spend (revenue / spend)
ConversionsNumber of completed conversion events

Filtering your data

Use the controls at the top of the dashboard to narrow down what you see:

  • Date range selector - choose a predefined range (today, last 7 days, last 30 days) or set a custom date range. Note that today's data is available for tenants with the realtime pipeline enabled.
  • Platform filter - show data from all connected platforms, or filter to a single platform (Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads).

Campaign breakdown

Below the summary cards, the campaign table lists each campaign with its metrics. You can sort by any column to quickly find your top or bottom performers. The breakdown helps you identify which campaigns are driving results and which need attention.

Currency display

All monetary values (spend, CPC, revenue) are displayed using the ISO currency code format - for example PLN, EUR, or USD. This avoids ambiguity when managing campaigns across different currencies.

AI-powered insights

Consultad runs automated analytics powered by a dedicated analytics model. These insights surface anomalies, trends, and optimization opportunities based on your campaign data. You can also open the AI chat (powered by an advanced language model) to ask questions about your data in natural language.

Next steps

  • Invite your team to share dashboard access.
  • Open the AI chat to ask questions like "Which campaign had the best ROAS last week?" or "Why did my spend increase yesterday?"
